  11. I am new to Windows 95 programming and I desperately want to do the
  12. following. The book I have does not say how to do this.

  14. I have a bitmap (400x100) that I want to be the backdrop of the window
  15. so I am using BitBlt to put it on there.

  17. I want the window to open with a CLIENT area of 400x100 (CLIENT
  18. area-not the size of the window) and I want to remove all window
  19. resizing controls from the user. How do I do these things? Please help
